Up Gym Functional Training Center is the premier functional training center in Denver. While our functional training is comprehensive we put a special emphasis on the core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.
Through our research and training we have found that improvements in the area have translated in to, more overall body fat loss, better athletic performance, and a better quality of life for our clients. Most fitness facilities have a variety of weight training machines which target and isolate specific muscles (i.e. tricep extension machine, preacher curl machine etc).
